According to the bill (Re.№2562) it is presupposed to determine the principles, priorities, the main trends of the state policy in the sphere of the physical culture and sport, the authority of the state management bodies and local self-government bodies, the subjects of the sphere of physical culture and sport and their legal status, forms of the physical and sport activity among different categories of citizens.
